Returns Refunds and Cancelation Policy

Returns and Damaged Goods: If goods arrive damaged or there is a part missing, you must contact us immediately.

Resolution of Issues: We will strive to resolve the issues ASAP.

Made to Order Beds: Please note that made-to-order beds are not eligible for return or refund, all beds on our website are considered made to order (if the colour and size of the bed is chosen same as picture advertised on website at time of ordering by our customers then we can accept return) otherwise no return accepted once Manufactured,delivered or unpacked, so please choose size-colour and headboard height Wisely, if you aren’t sure about which colour to choose, please request a free fabric samples first and then place your order to avoid any future conflict, for sizes guides please visit the Dimension Section underneath that specific Product you looking to order.

Cancellation of Orders: cancellation request can be made within 2 days after ordering, If a product has been manufactured but still not delivered and the customer wishes to cancel the order, we may deduct half amount of total order value. The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method used.

Cancellation and Clearance: Orders cancelled before delivery will be placed in our clearance section. There is no guarantee that the item will cover our own cost. In such cases, we deduct half the cost from the original buyer and sell it at a reduced price.

Payment Processor Fees: If a product has not been manufactured, but customer want to cancel the order we may deduct payment processor fees, which range from 2% to 5%, depending on the payment method used.

Condition of Returned Goods: Goods must be returned in an unused and resalable condition, and we retain the right to assess charges for any damages incurred.

Refunds and Replacements: No refund will be provided once the product is unpacked. Replacement will be at our discretion.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all carriage charges on returned items.

Checking Materials and Colours: If you need to check materials and colours, please contact us in advance to arrange Fabric samples.

Choosing Colours and Sizes: We urge customers to choose colours and sizes carefully, as changes or replacements cannot be made once the Product is manufactured-delivered.

Space and Access Requirements: Please consider the size of certain bespoke designs, such as the Ambassador and other Chesterfield Beds. Ensure that you have enough space and there are no access issues before placing an order, its solely customer’s responsibility to measure any entrances staircases or causeways as company doesn’t know about the structure of your property, if any part of your bed is not passing through the stairs company reserve the rights to charge additional cost to fix the problem.

Responsibility for Headboard Fit: We are not responsible if a high headboard does not fit upstairs. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the right size and take measurements beforehand. Any adjustments to the headboard will incur separate charges according to our instructions.

Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original purchase method after the item has been returned and inspected. Please note that this process may take 2 to 3 weeks.
