Refund and Return Policy

If goods arrive damaged or there is a part missing you must call or email us with any issues immediately we will try and resolve immediately.

Once assembled no refund will be allowed replacement will be at our discretion.

All goods must be returned unused in resalable condition we reserve the right to charge for any damages.

Refunds will be generated back to original purchase method once Item has been returned to us and inspected, This Whole Process Can Take 2 to 3 Weeks,

All carriage charges on returned items to be paid by the customer. 

Please Remember: Made to order Beds Aren’t Refundable, All New Orders Different Colour Than The Actual Colour in Picture on website are Considered Made to order, We Make Brand Beds According to your Order Selection, As We don’t keep any stock in warehouse, So Choose Wisely,

About The Colour: If you need to check materials and colours please contact us in advance to arrange free samples to be sent out to you. We Request Our Customers to Choose Colours and Sizes Wisely, As Later we Would not be able to Change or replace it once it’s made and delivered,

 Some of our bespoke designs such as the Ambassador and other Chesterfield Beds are much larger than ordinary beds, it is your responsibility to ensure you have enough space and also that there are no access issues up stairs etc.

Company Wouldn’t Be Responsible If High Headboard doesn’t go upstairs  As Its Totally Customers Responsibility To Select a right Size and Take All The Measurements Before Placing An Order, Any Re Adjustment in Headboard Will Be Charged Separately to our Own Directions,
